What's the Return/Refund Policy?

We will refund products up to 60 days after purchase. To begin this process please call (888) 729 – 6151 or email [email protected] asking for a product refund. Prior to issuing the refund the support team will provide you with instructions on returning your product. Once we have received your returned product a full refund will be issued.

We aim to ship all products within 24 hours of order. Many orders ship same day. Orders are picked up at our warehouse daily around 3 PM EST. Orders placed after this time on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Yes, all of our Steel River products come directly from them, in the original box (brand new). Please contact them if you have any concerns.
